    Energy doesn’t lie. Reiki sessions are offered in person or long-distance, using universal life force energy to restore balance, peace, and flow. Distance sessions can be experienced live or sent as a recording or written message outlining the healing that came through. I am certified as an Usui Reiki Master.

    All sessions include a brief check-in and follow-up for integration.
